Word 2000 SR1 MSO9.DLL Error

[K Vaught]

When opening Word, I get the following error: WINWORD
caused an invalid page fault in module MSO9.DLL at
0177:30d0c022.

I tried the solution per site
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;302602, but get the same error afterwards.

This condition started for no apparent reason. No new
installations or changes. Direction would be appreciated.
