Word 2000 startup problem

Everytime I start MS Word 2000, it begins the Windows Installer procedure and
prompts to insert the Office 2000 Pro CD. I have tried updating to SP3 which
does not fix the problem. I have also tried completely removing and
reinstalling Office to no avail. Finally, I have removed all Add-ins and
deleted normal.dot.

What would be causing this problem?

I was hoping this KB article would fix the problem, but it did not. I am
still getting the same results. Do you have any other ideas? The only other
issue that I did not mention is that this machine is running Windows 2000
Server along with Terminal Services.
