Phil

Hello,

We are using Office 2000 here except for Outlook that is 2003. Since I
installed the Outlook 2003, all my users are telling me that they cannot use
the Synonyms.

When you write the word and you right click on it to have suggestion in the
synonym menu. As soon as you go over I got Word has crashed.

I have all the lastest Service packs for Office 2003 (SP3) and Office 2000
(9.0.8961 SP3)

Please, help would be greatly appreciated.

About the error message, even if I go in the detail of the error, it doesn't
say anything.

I cannot joint an attachment on the newsgroup of the error but what I can
say is this:

Signature error
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.8965 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

There is the whole detail of the report doesn't say anything about the
error, it only say something about sending the report to you.

Can somebody help?

Thanks!
Philippe Millette

I don't have an answer to your problem other than to say that we never mixed
versions of Outlook and Office for any of the companies that we support
because it just doesn't work. If Synonyms are your only problem, you are
VERY lucky.
