Word 2000 Toolbars

I have lost all my Word 2000 toolbars (including File,
Edit, etc.) I have tried to reinstall and repair word, but
this doesnt fix the problem. I get the following error
message when I start word "Compile error in hidden module:
Utilities"
In the Standard office 2000 pack, Excel and other
applications work perfectly fine.
