Word 2000 won't open file?

I need help, I am lost. I created a web page using word
2000. I closed it out and saved it, the next day I opened
it with no problems. I then created a simple form with
two text cells one for first name and one for email
address with a submit button. I saved the site, I also
previewed it on the web and tried the form it worked
fine, so I saved the site to work on later.

Now when I open or try to open my webpage in word 2000 I
get the error pop up box where it ask me to send or not
send error message to microsoft. Word will not open the
file, I get the error popup and when I close the error
popup word gets closed out too!

Anyone have any Ideas?
