Hi,
For the last two days I have not been able to open my
word program. I double click on the icon which is on my
desktop and then the following message appears in the
middle of the screen:

"Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information
you were working on may be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send to help
us improve Microsoft Word for Windows. We will treat
this report as confidential and anonymous.

To see what data this error report contains, click here."

Then it has two boxes for sending or not sending.

Has anyone got any idea how to fix this? I would
appreciate any immediate help with this that I can get.
