I notice that when I'm working on a Word file and want to click on a word
in a file (using copy) then move it to another location then click paste
that word is now RED and underlined. I have really searched the help section
to see if I can stop it from doing that.... No Luck

AND I notice that it does that both on my PC (Using W2k) and on my Laptop
(Using XP)

Can Anyone PLEASE help me

Go to Tools --> Options and click the Track Changes tab. Undo whatever is
set there to track changes.
Then open the Reviewing Toolbar (or use Tools --> Track Changes) and uncheck
the Highlight wihile Editing.
