Word 2000

I wrote a document in Word and can't get rid of it. It's
there when I open Word and every time I open a new blank
document. I have re-started my computer but to no avail.

Anyone any ideas as to how I amend this so that when I
require a new blank document it is indeed blank. I am
guessing that I have inadvertantly change something but
can't figure out what.

Stefan, you're a star!! Problem sorted and it's reassuring
to know that it's just one of these things that happen
rather than being my own stupidity. I printed the article
you mentioned so if it happens again I'm prepared.
