when i either attempt to open an existing word document
or click open my word icon i get an "error message box"
that states at the top,"microsoft has encountered a
problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the
inconvenience." it states in the middle of the box
microsoft needs to know about the problem. there are 2
boxes in the lower right "send" or "don't send", either
way i have never heard back from microsoft and i still
can't get into word, so when i click don't send, my
computer close out word as if i clicked file and then
exit. anyone got any suggestions?
