word 2000

[The Bond]

My computer crashed and I am attempting to reinstall software, msword 2000.
It wont install.
It goes to a short run on the cd and stops, then recycles(or sounds like it
is recylcling) and causes the pc to freeze.
I had this same disc on my pc before the crash.
Do you know what has happened?
I still have the key code but I dont get that far.
