Word 2001 for Mac

My Word 2001 for Mac crashes when I select Print or Print
Preview. I'm in system 9.2. Also, most of the menus do not
work. I have allocated plenty of extra memory and have
reinstalled.
Any idea what is wrong?

Any idea what is wrong?

First, what is "plenty"? Word must load the driver in its memory
allocation - that alone may take several MB. Generally, I've recommended
at least 48MB in the "preferred" allocation (minimum allocation should
be left at the original spec - about 7MB IIRC).

Make sure your printer driver is updated.
