Word 2001

In the save dialogue box on Word 2001 for the Mac - there
is a small clock - you click on it and it shows recently
accessed folders. For some reason I cannot get this to
work on some Word 2001 installations. Does anyone know if
I am missing something - or how to get this working.
Running Mac OS 8.6 on G3s with Office 2001 SR 1. Thanks

never mind - i figured it out - had to enable apple menu
options in control panel. thanks........
