My CDRW burned out and my old DVD-ROM was not working right. I
uninstalled both of them then I tried installing a new DVDRW, and it
took away my ethernet ability. I unplugged the new one and the ethernet
came back. Then I plugged back in the old CDRW and my ethernet went
away.
I unplugged the new DVDRW, but re-plugged in my old DVD-ROM. It took
away half my memory. So I gave up and sent back the DVDRW. Now I have
no CD drive.
When I went to re-boot, a MS Windows said "too many things changed on my
PC and to activate my XP software which I did, online, but then, when I
went to use WORD 2002, it said the same thing, but I can't activate it
online. It wants my works 2002 CD stuck in the CD drive!!!!! I don't
have any working drive and don't know if I can get it fixed and
meanwhile I have business to do in WORD. Can anyone help me please?
