Word 2002 Always Wants To Save Docs

Hi,

I've got an annoying little problem with MS Word 2002 (10.2627.2625).
It always pops up the "Do you want to save the changes to..." dialog box
even though I never modified, altered or did anything but view the
document. This seems to have occurred a short time ago because I know
it wasn't happening before. And it happens on every document I open,
even if I "save" and re-open it again. I certainly don't remember what
I might have installed that would've changed Word's operation but I'm
hoping someone might know how I can resolve it.
