Word 2002 causes Shut Down EVERY TIME in use

I can bearly use this program for 5 minutes before it
causes blue screen error.

space...check for updates driver & bios...tech

physical memory, dump complete"

I have checked for drivers bios updates...nothing I don't
already have.

Now what?
