Word 2002 Closes Unexpectedly

I just installed three new workstations running WXP Pro
and Office XP. For some reason Word just closes
unexpectedly. If you launch word walk away from the
computer for a few minutes, when you return word will be
gone! Everthing else on the workstaiton and network seems
to run fine. Any ideas?
