Word 2002 crashes when I open a new file based on a specific template

In the Event Viewer the erro message is:

Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.6612.0,
faulting module winword.exe, version 10.0.6612.0, fault
address 0x0001e8f9.

It is not the case, because other people can open it. I've
tried to recreate my profile and reinstall Office XP.

What can I do now ?
