This one is another weird one. Word 2002 opens a document with a logo graphic
embedded in the header. It doesn't display the image. The image is there but
transparent. The image displays on other installations of Word 2002 fine. If
the document is left open and minimized and the user goes to the My
Documents/My Pictures folder and double clicks to view the saved BMP version
of the logo, then when they come back to the WORD window and restore it, the
logo is then displayed.
Are there any possible explanations anyone can think of? (This is a pretty
new install -- WIN XP PRO SP2, OFFICE 2002 STD SP3 and on a new Dell system.
Thanks,
John
