word 2002 dvzaddin.dll error

When loading or closing word 2002 i get the error, file
not found DVZAddin.dll The program loads ok. what can I
do?

This is a COM add-in installed by DataViz. See if you can uninstall it
through Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. Note, too, that there may be an
add-in in Word's Startup folder (or the Office Startup folder) that called
this .DLL), and that's what you really need to remove.
