word 2002 freezes constantly when I try to move or alter graphics or text boxes

Please help! 1. I am trying to design business cards. I
can download graphics easily, but when I put them in a
table I cannot alter them when I put them behind text.
How can I access them?
2. When I have placed a textbox in a table ( the size of
a business card) I often lose the textbox - and the
graphic, too!
3. Word freezes constantly upon my trying to make a
graphic or textbox move inside a table.
4. Even though I have checked "Do not move with text" box
for all of my graphics and text boxes (I have to do each
one twice) they often disappewar when I type in the table.
5. I just bought a new XPS DEll with Word 2002. Does the
office suite come with Visio? I cannot find it.
6. Where can I get a good explanation of my problems? Is
there a download site to help me? When I ask questions I
cannot get the help I need.Should I call Dell? I just got
the computer Monday.
Thank you for your help. I am losing valuable time when I
constantly get the message (program not responding).
