Support a small Law Firm where the computers are all on XP SP2 and Office XP
SP3. Have a group of folks going to www.ctcorsearch.com to download
trademark reports. Within the reports there are the logos (i.e. graphics),
and the file downloads locally to a computer as a Word RTF file. Strange
thing is that after downloading this file no graphics are displayed in the
document. See the graphics on the Web, and can see them if download to a
system running Office 2003 and/or a stand alone system running XP SP2 and
Office XP SP2. Checked the office settings and they are correct. Hunch is
that either there is something in SP3 or it is our Document Management
software (Interwoven). I am positive that it is something in our system
platforms. Was wondering if anyone has information on SP3 for Office XP
causing such things? And if so, is there a fix?
Please advise.
Thanks,
