Word 2002 hangs when printing a document with tables

Hi,

I have encountered a strange problem. It involves Word 2002 and Word 2000.
Basically what is happening (or in this case not), is that when trying to
print a large document in Word 2002 it causes Word to hang (tested on 2
different machines both running Word 2002).

If I print the same document using Word 2000 it works fine.
I have established the problem has something to do with tables within the
document, as when removed it then prints fine.

I have run repairs on both Word and the document in question to no avail.

I'm not sure if it is a version incompatibility or whether the document is
indeed corrupt in some way.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Open one of the problematic documents in Word 2002 and then use SaveAs and
save a copy: make sure that under Tools, Options, Save tab that the check
box for the Disable Features introduced after is cleared. Close it and
reopen it and then try printing again. Does it still hand Word?
