Whenever I attempt to shutdown Word 2002, a menu appears
with the following message: Microsoft Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. The error signature is as follows:

AppName: winword.exe
Appver: 10.0.6612
Mod/Ver: 5.1.2600.1217
Offset: 00033aed
