Hi all,
I'm converting a Master document (which contains a
hierarchy of other master and subdocuments -- about 80
docs in total) to HTML. Word 2002 nicely opens up all of
the subdocs and the other masters and converts all of
them to separate HTMLs for me with one save. The problem
I'm having is with the <Title> tag generated in the HTML.
If I convert one of the subdocuments directly into HTML,
the "Title" from the "File->Properties" Summary window
gets inserted into the <Title> tag. However, if I
convert from the Master document, it changes the <Title>
tag to whatever the first line of text reads in that file.
Does anyone know of a way to control this? I want the
<Title> tag to always represent the "Title" property that
I setup in the Properties window.
thanks,
Scott
