WORD 2002: 'Open File' window now occupies entire desktop

When clicking "File/Open" or the "Open" icon, the OPEN screen now occupies
the complete desktop and cannot be resized. Previously, it appeared as a
small window within the WORD document frame.

How do I get it back to the default layout?

Double-click the title bar (where it says "Open"), or right-click in
the title bar and select Restore.
