Word 2002 problem w/Vbe6.dll 6.3.91.8 close message

Installed Word 2002 over Office 2000 and can work in Word
2002 okay, but when trying to close get the error message
that the application has to close. The information looks
like its related to Visual Basic. From my reading Word
2002 installs Vbe6.dll version 6.3.91.8 and this happens
but not every time, which is strange. I've searched and
searched for a solution online but have found nothing.
I'm not even sure if the Word document is corrupted.

Has anyone else had this problem with installing one 2002
application over a 2000 one before? And what to do?
