I have a program that uses VB Script to open a doc file in Word. It then
uses Find and Paste to insert customer data, does a SaveAs with a new
filename, and then prints the file to one of several network printers. It
prints approximately 200 to 300 items per day. Every so often (once or twice
a week), Word crashes with the message "Microsoft Word has encountered a
problem and needs to close." Here are the details of that error:
AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.6612.0
ModName: winword.exe
ModVer: 10.0.6612.0
Offset: 0001737c
Any idea why this would be happening?
