Hi,
When using Outlook 2002 it uses Word 2002 for creating/opening documents,
when launching a Word attachment from Outlook in Word it writes a temp file
on the C drive - I have found that it doesn't delete the files when exiting
Word and so when the same attachment name is launched users get an error - I
have change the Windows Environment Variables to c:\temp but Word is still
not using this location.
Is there a setting in Word/Outlook to change the temp file location or to
disable word from using temp files?
Cheers
