Word 2002 starts and then shuts down

I start the programm, it loads, but when I try to use it it shuts down.
The error message is the following:

AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.2627.0
ModName: mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.2625.0
Offset: 000199a6

Unfortunately, I don´t have the installation CD.

I would appreciate any help.
