We have really a lot of problem with word 2002 !
installed products:
win-2000 prof. with all service-packs und security-
patches, german. office xp prof. enterprise german with
all security-patches und service-packs. printers: all hp
laserjet 1100/1200 and 4050/4500c with pcl6/pcl5 printer-
drivers. Video-Cards are Matrox G200 with the newest
drivers W2K from Matrox installed.
sometimes there are really bad problems ?? when we open an
existing document in word, all existing text is completely
unreadable, compressed to the left margin, in symbols.
when we print the document, we receive the same bullsh...!
to resolve the problem, we can mark entire text, change
the font to a lager size (our documents are created with
arial font) and then rechange to the original font size.
so the document appears with the originated text an can be
printed without problem. its really bad.
does somebody knows a solution for this problem ?
is there a possibility to create a log for better
troubleshooting ? There are no error-reports in event-log ?
Thank your for your help
