Word 2002 Text to Table Conversion

I'm working on the expercise in Step by Step Word 2002
page 80 for text to table conversion. When you change the
column #, the row #'s change automatically. The table
that you get has too many rows and is incorrect and
unusable. It appears as thou the deliminaters in the
text are incorrect but I can't seem to get the text
corrected to convert in a reablr way. Any suggestions?

Thanks, the book didn't tell you that you had to select
the type of dilimiters. When I did that it worked.
