Word 2002/Visual Basis Error

I am receiving the following error upon opening Word
2002 "Compile Error in Hidden Module:
WINFAXPRINTANDMERGE". The error is inside a box with a
header that reads "Microsoft Visual Basis". Does any
know how I can get rid of this error? Thanks.

I've tracked down a few instances of this problem. Here are some techniques that have been used to resolve this issue:
1) Delete tmp files
2) Remove the files in the Startup folder
3) Removing add-ins from Word/Works

WinFax is one of those add-ins that conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in
(ironic since they're both made by Symantec!).
