Word 2002 wants to open in safe mode but thenwants to send error report

I cannot get Word 2002 to open. When I click the icon,
it looks like it may open but then says, "Word did not
successfully close the last time you shut down, do you
want to enter safe mode?" If I say yes, it returns an
error and wants to send the error to Microsoft. There is
also a check box to restart Word after sending. If I
leave the box checked, it restarts and gives the same
error over and over again. Please Help!!!

Try going to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and downloading Stinger. This
will seek and destroy any of the latest worms that we have been seeing over
the last few weeks.
