Word 2002, Win 2000, sparatic errors

Sometimes when I open a document in word the margins will
be so messed up if i try and print, the data will be off
the page. Its the same with envelopes. Ill highlight an
address and go to print it out and its fine the first
time, and the next it tells me the data runs off the page
(because it changed the margins) I haven't been able to
find anythign about this anywhere and this is on a brand
new computer with only aol, nero, my hp laserjet 1100,
and a canon scaner installed. Can someone please help
me!?

Hi Phillip,

Are you getting a error message when you try to print the documents the second time, if so what is the error message?
1. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the printer driver?
2. When you installed your printer when you got your computer did you use software you got with the printer, or install it from
Windows?
3. If you installed it with software you got with the printer, delete the printer and reinstall using the driver that comes with
Microsoft Windows 2000 and test. Do you still have the same problem?
