Word 2002 (XP)

Opening Word 2002 XP i get the following error message:
"MS Word can't display the template used in this document.
MS Word cannot install the necessary files due to Windows
Installer errror 1605.
This action is only valid for products that are cuurently
installed"

Please advise what to do to fix this prblem.
