Word 2002

Word will sometimes freeze up and the tool bar will start
flashing. This may happen when I open an email attachment,
try to print or close the program. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled. All service packs applied to everything.
Scanned with latest Norton Virus. Running XP Pro. All
other office products work as they should.
Any solutions??

I ran into something similar. Is the word document stored
on a server? If so, try rebooting the server.
