Word 2002

I was informed that Word 2002 was not installed on my
laptop [it had been previously!!, having been installed
by the hardware company]. I tried to re-install it and
got Error message 1311 each time that a source file was
not found E\MSWord\OFFICE1.CAB. I was reinstalling from
the Works disc provided.
Any solutions?
