Word 2002

I have a user that everytime she opens Word 2002, she gets
a "Microsoft Visual Basics Runtime error 52, bad file name
or number". This has just started happening for no
reason, she does not have Visual Basics installed, and i
cannot seem to get rid of the error.

Any help would be muchly appreciated, thanks
