WORD 2002

Recently, when I am using Word 2002 in my Office XP suite,
it will automatically close all word documents I may have
open when switching between documents in the task bar.
When I re-open Word, it will then offer me the recovered
docs. I am ruuning Microsoft 2000 operating system with
the XP Office Suite. Does anyone have any experience with
this problem?

As strange as this may seem, months of detective work has pointed to the
Handwriting Recognition program causing these problems. Go to the Control
Panel, Regional and Language Applet and remove any handwriting recognition.
