Word 2003/2000 - Padlock icon for protecting and unprotecting form

It seems that the balloon help for the padlock icon (protect/unprotect) is
logically incorrect. The balloon help says "Protect Form" regardless of
whether protection is on or not. The icon is highlighted (though this may
not be very evident, depending on display quality) when protection is on, but
this doesn't seem to be sufficient for some of my users (user
protection/unprotection is permitted to allow certain flexibilities).

I am wondering whether it might be possible to change the description in the
balloon help by using a macro. The ideal would be to show the padlock as an
unlocked padlock when protection is off and locked when it is on. Another
(less desirable) possibility might be to show two padlocks, on locked and one
unlocked to do the protect and unprotect functions.

Any suggestions appreciated.
