Whenever I try to open a Word file I get an error message saying that "the
file[file name] is unavailable."

It does not matter what method I use to try to open the file, nor does the
location of said file seem to matter.

This only occured after the most recent security update for Word 2003.

Also When I try to close Word it then prompts me to save a template called
"Normal" telling me it has changed. I hit cancel or no and a "save as" window
opens anyway. I hit cancel and Word does not close. I go through the same
warning, hit cancell, and it now closes.
