Word 2003 and Remove Hidden Data Tool

Running XP with SP2 and updates.

I installed the MS Remove Didden Data Tool severasl months ago and it
functioned OK.
Now when I launch Word 2003 I get the following error msg:

"An error occurred while trying to the launch Remove Hidden Data Tool. Try
reinstalling."

I have removed the "old" installation and tried (three times) to re-install
but I still get the same error msg when launching Word 2003.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
