Word 2003 and WinFax menu items

I have removed WinFax 10.0x from my system but I still have the menu
items "Winfax..." under FILES, and "WinFax Mail Merge..." under
TOOLS.

How do I get rid of these two menu items? I've looked and Googled
everywhere I can think of.

These two commands don't do anything; I just want them gone. I have
removed WinFax COMPLETELY using Symantec's
multi-step-rip-it-out-everywhere procedure.
