Word 2003 BETA

Every time I start Word 2003 I get the following message:

"This application is about to initialise ActiveX controls
that might be unsafe. If you trust the source of this
document select Yes and the control will be initialised
using your document settings."

Any ideas to clear this would be appreciated....

Have you disabled all ActiveX controls? Do you know and trust the
application that is trying to start this session?
