Word 2003 bullets and numbering formatting.

When using the outline format and tabing forward for a subsection, the
outline numbering will not indent or change. Also, when in the outline
format application, reverse tab (shift+tab) does not work.

On the AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect, check the box for
"Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces."
