Hello All,

Maybe someone can help me. My Word 2003 is acting weird. To start, I would
say I am somewhat advanced when it comes to computers, but even the info I
know and searching MS web, I am at a complete loss.

The problem started about a week ago. I have not added any new programs or
deviated from my daily routines. Word will crash when I try to save and
print, and sometimes opening a saved document, or if it attempts to print,
only blank paper comes out. I researched on MS web and did what they said
about changing an option or 2 in Word to see if it would work, but it didn't.

I have tried the following and nothing has helped: the repair function, I
have unistalled it several times, deleted all temp files, and even wiped out
my hard drive and reformated. Of course now I can no longer register my
product over the internet because I have exceed my limit.

The errors are;
1. Word has encountered and error and needs to close

2. C:\ docume~1\DLI\locals~\temp\47845578.cvr

3. In the event viewer (ERROR): Faulting application winword.exe, version
11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8b025, faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6360.0,
stamp 40d147de, debug? 0, fault address 0x00364eb8.

4. In the event viewer (INFORMATION): Bucket 125497126, bucket table 1,
faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8b025,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6360.0, stamp 40d147de, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00364eb8.

5. In the event viewer (WARNING): The MOF file created for the Outlook
service could not be loaded. The error code returned by the MOF Compiler is
contained in the Record Data. Before the performance counters of this service
can be collected by WMI the MOF file will need to be loaded manually. Contact
the vendor of this service for additional information.

I click for more info but it says it is sorry but MS has no info to help.
The only one that give me additional info is number 5 (above). It
states......
Product: Windows Operating System
ID: 2002
Source: LoadPerf
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: LDPRFMSG_NO_MOF_FILE_LOADED
Message: The MOF file created for the %1!s! service could not be loaded. The
error code returned by the MOF Compiler is contained in the Record Data.
Before the performance counters of this service can be collected by WMI the

for additional information.

Explanation

I sincerely apologize for such a lengthy posting, but I have already spent
about 20 hours on my own to fix it. Please help if you can

Sincerely,
