Word 2003 compatibility?

I have just upgraded to Office 2003, however my university still use Office
XP. Would I have any issues transferring Word documents between these
versions (both ways)?

Many Thanks

The file format is unchanged from Word 2000. As in other cases features
which require a later version to display may not be available when the
document is opened in an earlier version.

Please respond in the same thread on this newsgroup. Make sure you
include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.

Actually, the file format is unchanged since Word 97, but of course many new
features have been introduced.
