Word 2003 crash when minimize and restore word windows

When multiple word documents are opened, word 2003 crashes when minimizing
and restoring word windows multiple times, or switching among these word
windows.

The problem can be repeated for word 2003, but not for Excel 2003 (didn't
check PowerPoint etc.)

This issue seems starting after SP2 installed for Windows XP Pro. (not
100% sure).

Event logs are clean without any hints.

Removed SP2 for Windows XP, it doesn't help. Re-insatlled SP2 again, it's
still the same problem.

Any ideas?
