Word 2003 crash

When Outlook is open and I run Word, it crashes after a
few seconds. This only happens with my useraccount and my
mailbox. After creating an new user and importing my old
mailbox the problem occurs again. So it seems to be
something in my mailbox.
OS = Windows XP sp1.

Try running scanpst.exe against the mailbox. You can also try a new mail
profile, not a new user.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

I tried running scanpst, which indeed found a lot of
errors. After repair, my inbox was empty... )

I created a new mailbox and put my old mailbox in an
archive file. Until now this seems to work; I don't have
problems with Word anymore.
