Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Word document.
2. Add some text.
3. Save as XML document.
4. Re-open the document.
5. Add some custom XML tags.
6. Type <ctrl><shift><x> to hide XML custom tags.
7. Turn on Track Changes.
8. Double click on one of the items that is surrounded by your custom tags.
9. Type something, causing a revision bubble to appear to the right of type
"Delete"
10. Type <ctrl><shift><x> to show XML custom tags.
11. Make sure one of the custom XML tags appears in the bubble. If not,
repeat steps 6 through 10. Usually if the text inside my custom XML tags has
more that one word, if I double-click on the left-most word and type
something different, it will take the left XML tag and place it in the
revision bubble.
12. With the XML tag inside the revision bubble, try to save the document.
Word hangs for a moment. A error report dialog appears prompting me to send
an error report to Microsoft.
